1. Return Policy (10 Days)
- We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Return requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement
Returns or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product received is defective
- Product received is wrong or incorrect
- Product is missing items or has leakage/seal damage
Customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following situations:
- ❌ Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed
- ❌ Product damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or negligence
- ❌ Seal broken after delivery
- ❌ Product returned without original packaging, label, or invoice
- ❌ Change of mind or dislike of taste/effect
- ❌ Incorrect address provided by the customer
- ❌ Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
- ❌ Products bought under discounts, offers, or clearance sales (unless damaged)
4. Condition of Returned Products
- Products must be returned in unused, unopened, and original condition
- Original box, label, and packaging must be intact
- Returns failing quality checks will be rejected
5. Refund Process
- Once the return is received and verified, refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be initiated only after verification
- Replacement products will be dispatched subject to stock availability
- In case replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
